Frank-Heinrich Müller Weferlingen . Canteen at the lime kilns on the Drachenberg

It is Saturday, 04  November. My grandfather will be 90 years old on this day. I am in Weferlingen, about two kilometres from the innergerman frontier, I can hear the barking of the police dogs. I am taking pictures of the village churches in the area. These include the ruined church in Wahlbeck, where Ulrich Mühe has his last resting place. The window of the canteen of the lime kiln on the Drachenberg is open. The workers have left everything and gone. On this morning sunlight fills the room.
